With over 25 years of management experience in the Ambulance industry, Roger has significant expertise in overseeing operations. He has also been active in real estate for over 18 years, focusing on purchasing, building, and rehabilitating single-family and multifamily homes. His recent projects span Miami, Detroit, and Houston, where he has successfully revitalized neighborhoods through initiatives such as the Inkster Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Roger's commitment to community development is evident in his successful projects across Florida, Michigan, and Texas.

As a seasoned healthcare executive specializing in administration, operations, and compliance, David has extensive experience in major capital planning and real estate assets management. Known for his strategic influence and collaborative approach, David is adept at building inclusive environments. He has also served as the general superintendent for hospital expansion projects, leveraging his educational background in architectural and facilities engineering with an MBA in business that has positively impacted the communities we serve.

Brisket is a construction professional with 10 years of experience, specializing in Commercial Renovations, Capital Expenditure Projects, Insurance Restorations, and Residential Rehabs. Before his construction career, Brisket served for over two decades with United Airlines in an administrative role, where he developed strong leadership and discipline. Brisket is currently utilizing his experience as a Superintendent for well-known clients in the Houston area for RLF Investment Group.

Examples of his diverse experience include:

• Has completed over 1K unit renovations totaling over $20M across 15 commercial properties and 30 Residential Rehabs totaling $10M.
• Completed over $30M in Insurance Restoration, Capital Expenditures and Property Systems Upgrades.

Ed is on-site typically. He handles any loose ends that need to be taken care of. Some days, Ed is installing handrails, doors, or appliances.  Other days, he might be working on an occupied residence at a client's home where RLF is remodeling and beautifying their new space so that it is more efficient for them to use. Ed has been working with RLF for 2 years, from Florida to Houston.
